The core concept of the project is built on the convergence of sports, a unique geographic location, and a premium lifestyle environment, creating a powerful new community. We developed an end-to-end brand strategy for the venue, integrating major global players into its ecosystem. This included securing an exclusive, season-long partnership with Heineken 0.0 and opening a specialized retail point in collaboration with the Spanish brand Bullpadel—the undisputed global leader in the padel industry. Key Highlights & Impact: Proven Investment Potential: The venue’s commercial viability was proven even before the official opening. We executed a full-cycle, private launch for the new collection of the American brand GUESS, alongside a series of exclusive events for top-tier business clubs. Institutional Support: The project received official backing from the Almaty Akimat (City Administration) and Visit Almaty, recognizing it as a major new tourist landmark. Media Resonance: The launch generated widespread buzz across premium media outlets, securing high-profile coverage in Forbes and The Steppe.
20COMPREHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL BRANDING & ART INTEGRATIONS
As part of the project, the agency executed a full-cycle environmental branding strategy. This included developing the venue's official naming and creating a cohesive visual design code applied across the entire location. A major focus of our work was the large-scale customization of the space for Heineken 0.0. We designed and implemented a conceptual art-branding strategy that seamlessly blended graffiti installations, custom-designed padel rackets, branded furniture, and high-visibility court zones at Medeu Padel. Design Philosophy & Impact: Contextual Integration: Our thoughtful visual solutions allowed us to naturally integrate global brand identities into the spectacular high-altitude mountain landscape. Elevated Standards: We successfully maintained complete aesthetic integrity throughout the venue, setting a bold new benchmark for premium outdoor sports facilities.
