The k7/11 project, under the MR Private brand from developer MR Group, comprises 46 exclusive residences united by a shared philosophy of privacy, status, and architectural authenticity.
The building is based on the preserved wall of Moscow's first "skyscraper" from 1905, which has become a symbol of the continuity of time and respect for the local history.

10At GLYPH, we created a visual identity that reflects the spirit of the private clubhouse — restrained, profound, and architecturally precise.
The k7/11 naming – an alphanumeric combination – is one of the leading trends in the international real estate market. The logo is easy to understand, emphasizing the project's ascetic elegance. The typography alludes to the balance of form and content. The main idea is the contrast between the opposites "sophistication/utility", "large/small." The color palette and signature patterns are inspired by the texture and geometry of Sergey Tchoban's architecture. The visual system makes k7/11 recognizable at every touchpoint: from digital to offline. Nothing extra – just character and idea.
