"Phantom is Real" campaign for the PHANTOM residence

For the Phantom deluxe residences from developer Sense, we created a key visual identity and developed a tagline for the image campaign, "Phantom is Real," which together underscore the project's central idea: the phantom becomes part of the present. The visual concept is based on the fusion of the real and the imaginary, where magical, ephemeral images take shape and become part of the everyday environment. Translucent structures, soft light transitions, and airy textures highlight the technological sophistication of the architecture, enhancing a sense of lightness and mystery. The tagline, "Real," succinctly captures the project's philosophy: to inspire a life beyond the ordinary, to create a space where dreams take shape and become tangible.
