The Demidov Estate by MR Group

The Demidov Estate is a mansion project by MR Group under the MR Private brand. We developed the naming and identity based on the architectural heritage and unique image of the estate itself. A naming system was developed for the buildings: House of Lilies, House of Orchids, and others. Built in the Basmanny District according to the designs of Kazakov, one of the leading architects of the 18th century, the estate is an example of Russian classicism. The ensemble of buildings, decorative finishes, and formal garden create a cohesive and refined spatial composition, which we studied in detail to adapt it to the brand's visual language. The central element of the logo is the emblem from the estate's façade: the sun, lyre, and trumpets within a laurel wreath—a symbol of patronage of the arts. We reimagined it as a symbol of cultural heritage, to which future residents are now a part.
